This book was spellbinding and had me hooked from the very beginning until the end. I felt an instant connection with the characters and because of this my emotions were all over the place.
Charlie has a job that not every woman can deal with but I completely get why he has made this choice but something changes in Charlie when he meets Allison and sometimes the heart wants what it wants and the chase is on.
Allison is so captivated with Charlie and she is falling for him hard. Their relationship together comes easy, but her world is turned upside down when she finds out his career choice and she feels that it’s all been a lie.
With all the twists, turns, secrets, scandals and lies can they face them together and stay together of is their relationship doomed to fail.
I have left this as a short review with little detail as I didn’t want to spoil it for others. To say I was left with a massive book hangover is an understatement and I am eagerly awaiting the next book.
Lauren Runow is a lover music and songs that speak to her or make her dance. She is a graduate from the Academy of Art in San Francisco and lives in Northern California with her husband and two wild and crazy boys.
