Rachel Dennehy had a crazy thought. If she could just start over somewhere else, she could forget about her sad and tragic past and all the ghosts that chased her. When an email landed in her inbox, to tutor a difficult student whose father just happened to be the CEO of one of the biggest companies in the nation, the apple was a bit too enticing for Rachel to refuse. She moves from Texas to Beverly Hills, where she is tasked with turning around her wealthy pupil’s bad attitude. It is a bad attitude that stems almost entirely from his parents’ ugly divorce and even uglier custody battle.
That her new boss Andrew, or Drew, Fullerton is one of the handsomest and most eligible bachelors in the world means nothing to Rachel. She has absolutely no plans to ever marry or have kids of her own. Her priority is teaching nine-year-old Jonathan, who needs her guidance and her direction and... most importantly... her friendship.
Drew’s brother, Alex, however, assumes otherwise. He basically accuses her of being a gold-digging opportunist upon their first meeting. This sets the two immediately at odds, though they both have young Jonathan’s best interest at heart. Alex believes that Rachel is a “ringer,” a wholesome alternative to edge Jonathan’s socialite mother out of the running for custody, since she left Drew after her own salacious affair with a younger man. He wastes no time in telling Rachel that as long as she stays in her job, she will keep Jonathan from his real mother, and that is the driving force behind Drew's interest.
Unfortunately the more he tries to warn her away from Drew, the closer he ultimately propels her toward her charming boss. Drew never questions her motivation or her presence because Jonathan thrives under her tutelage, and Drew is beguiled by her no-nonsense attitude that challenges him from the start.
Rachel navigates these choppy waters solely to protect Jonathan. She sees the adults in the family as self-serving; most of whom are far more interested in hurting each other than taking care of this fragile, vulnerable boy. Her heart traps her into this sticky web, despite her own history of loss and betrayal. How long will she last? More importantly, what will she be required to give to save these Fullerton men who continually tug her in three different directions?
The saga begins with the first book, titled “Enticed,” due to release in early 2014. Author Ginger Voight returns to the dream-making landscape of Los Angeles, in a new tale that throws back the curtain on the dangerous power, appeal and excess of the privileged. Only by the time this tale is done, one principle character will pay the ultimate price as they all race toward that elusive happily ever after.

Rachel is a teacher who is asked to be a private live in tutor to Jonathan. Jonathan has been having a rough time ,his parents went through a messy divorce and now both want custody. Jonathan is a really sweet boy and Rachel bonds with him immediately. Drew ( Jonathan's dad ) is a businessman, rich, powerful, handsome. See where I'm going with this story? This is a great book I loved it, Rachel is a strong woman and doesn't put up with any crap. Drew is manipulative and needs to get his priorities in order, although I really liked him! The writing is brilliant and you really fall in love with Jonathan. The book flows really well lots happens in the book, would highly recommend. I can't wait for book 2.

“Maybe I’m keeping you too busy,” he mused as his eyes scanned my face. “A young woman such as yourself must have certain… needs.”
I shook my head. “You know better than that, Drew.”
“Do I?” he asked softly. “You’re human, flesh and blood. Certainly there are moments when you simply yearn for the touch of another.”
His voice was low and hypnotic. It stirred that very longing as if summoning it from the dead. “Listen, Drew…about what you saw…”
He flung the expensive jewelry onto my crumbled bedcovers. He stepped close enough to pull me towards him. “Tell me, Rachel,” he continued as he fit my body against his hardening contours, “do you long to be held? To be kissed?” He bent toward me and whispered, “To be taken?”
My brain scrambled as he lifted me up to crush his mouth on mine. It was every dream realized, though I was blissfully conscious. I groaned under him as he parted my lips and dominated my mouth. Every alarm in my head sounded, but my treacherous body ignored each and every one as it strained for him with a hunger so strong I was powerless to control it.
His fingers wound in my hair as he stole the very breath from my lungs with each kiss. His mouth dragged to my neck, his breath hot in his ear. “Tell me you want me, Rachel.”
I shuddered against him. “Drew…”
“Tell me,” he begged in a hoarse whisper as his hands slid down the arch of my back and over the curve of my hip.
My hands braced on his chest, but instead of pushing myself away, my palms delighted in how solid and real he felt. It sent a jolt through my entire body. “I don’t want you,” I eked out in a pitiful whisper.
“Liar,” he growled as he picked me up into his arms and carried me around to the bed. He followed me down onto the firm mattress.

Ginger Voight is prolific author, freelance writer and optioned screenwriter. Her fiction is diverse, with novels like the edgy, coming-of-age drama DIRTY LITTLE SECRETS, and the fun family adventure for kids of all ages, COMIC SQUAD.
Having grown up reading different authors like Danielle Steel and Stephen King, Ginger has always been drawn more to story than to genre. This shows up in her various stories. Titles such as MY IMMORTAL and TASTE OF BLOOD are a delicious, heady mix of horror, suspense, and romance.
Genre romance, however, has held a special place in her heart, ever since she read her first Harlequin novel when she was only eleven. As a result, Ginger is making a name for herself writing romances of her own, starring women who look more like the average American woman rather than those traditionally represented in the size-biased American media. Her Rubenesque romances were created especially for those heroines with fuller figures, who can still get the man of their dreams if only they believe they can. Such titles include UNDER TEXAS SKIES, LOVE PLUS ONE, THE GROUPIE TRILOGY, THE FIERCE TRILOGY and PICTURE POSTCARDS.
Ginger was included in the best-selling book by Smith Magazine NOT QUITE WHAT I WAS PLANNING, featuring her six-word memoir.

excerpt
Prologue: September
Vito’s Senior Year at Palmetto High School, New Jersey
I jump people in alleys for fun. I say shit I don’t mean.Yeah, I’m an asshole…always been one, always will be.
The way I grew up, nice got you fuckin’ nothin’ but stepped on. The mob life is brutal; a hazy, volatile run of survival. I don’t like it, but I’m proud of my heritage and my friends. One thing I admire is the loyalty in the Mafia. I come from a long line of mobsters. The Rossi’s have been here in New Jersey since the thirties, tommy guns, and zoot suits. My Pop has been gone on business for the Palmetto Mob Boss for over a year now. His loyalty is unwavering. Mom and I see him on holidays, and he calls a lot. It’s not the same as having him here. But Pop being away isn’t what’s wrong with me. Erin, this kid - I can’t get her out of my head. Well, I guess she’s not a kid. No… no… she’s a kid. She’s fourteen… I’m seventeen. Holy shit! I could go to jail. Well, it wouldn’t be the first time - and she’d be worth it. I wouldn’t have even found out she was that young if I hadn’t overheard her sister, Megan, telling my best friend, Antonio. Ugh, shit! It’s not so bad if she’s turning fifteen like - tomorrow. I’m trying, I really am. I just have to keep repeating to myself, she’s a freshman, you’re a senior. She has three more years of high school left; I’m going to college next year. Well, I will if I get my head out of my ass. Every time I see her, she seems to be having the time of her life. She thrives on laughter and fun. Her happiness is contagious. That’s probably why everyone likes her. Erin is way more outgoing than Megan. She’s smart like her sister. I bet she’ll get an early acceptance to the college of her choice, too. What would she want with a stupid ass like me? That damn red hair! And that slim little body. I know that this has to have something to do with Antonio going out with Red…I mean Megan. Yeah, that’s definitely what it is. The hair. The O’Neill girls are different... Irish, not Italian. Forbidden. Antonio’s father, the Mob Boss of Palmetto, New Jersey, warned all of us years ago to stay away from Megan. But Antonio Rinaldo Delisi, Sr. never mentioned Megan’s little sister, Erin. He probably figured she was too young to be of interest to us. I heard some chooches talking about her after school the other day while I was walking down the hallway near the science wing. Typical guy shit. But I wanted to slam their faces into the lockers. I had it all planned out in my head. I was going to take each of them by the scruff of the neck, one by one, and SMASH. I’m familiar with the sound of flesh hitting metal. Then I would’ve taken them into the fuckin’ bathroom and washed their mouths out with anti-bacterial soap. But I held back… And that shows that I’ve been paying way too much attention to someone that doesn’t even know I’m alive. I’m a chooch when it comes to getting attention. I just act like the asshole I am. Like the time I hit on her sister in church. And did I mention that Erin didn’t even look my way? That was just me being stupid. I do stupid shit all the time because I don’t think, I just do. It’s an important motto in the Mafia. Thinking can be very bad for your health. No one wants cement shoes and lungs full of water. She’s got a boyfriend. I’ve seen him. He’s a scrawny little guy. His mother picked Erin up from school one day: I saw the mini-van pull up. The door slid open and she hopped in. Her face said it all; she was happy and excited to see her pansy little boyfriend. The guy is in the same grade as her, but he goes to another school. Lucky for him…he doesn’t have to see her every day. That is, if that pansy kid could really be as attracted to her as I am. And it’s good because if he were around, I’d consider beating him up every once in a while just for shits and giggles. Like a chooch, I’m on high alert, constantly looking for her in the hallways. I know every class she’s in. I’ve actually cut a few classes to wait outside her classroom like a stalker. This cannot be normal. I know its not. Maybe I need a shrink. Some intense therapy might beat it out of me. That’s it! A good beating!

Is time and space enough to get past losing your once in a lifetime or will Elle be always Wanting Reed?

“Ugh,” Tommy moans.
"I can’t wait to get the credit card bill.”
“Relax, baby. It wasn’t all for me. I picked you up some goodies, too.”
“Don’t scare me. Last time you bought me khakis."
“No clothes this time. Just toys.” She winks, brandishing a bag from Condom World.
“All right, TMI.” I cringe. The last thing I want to hear about is what Tommy and Juju do in the bedroom. Elle laughs.
“I may have picked up a little something from there. For us,” Elle murmurs, running her hands over the muscles of my arms.
“I can always take everything back.”
“God, doll.” I smile and shake my head as she runs her hands down the front of my shirt and pulls on the belt loop of my jeans until our hips touch. I can feel her breath quicken.
“This teasing has got to stop, or I’m gonna have to take you right here.”
I eye her up and down, summoning every ounce of willpower not to throw her over my shoulder and take her to the bathroom.
“Can you at least tell me what you bought?” She shakes her head, exhales and runs her tongue along my bottom lip.
“And where’s the fun in that?” she replies in a shaky breath. "Looks like you two need to be alone.” Juju wiggles her eyebrows and throws herself on Tommy.
"No more shopping trips. This is it. The rest of the time we'll be hanging out together until you guys leave next week,” I say, inhaling the sweet smell of her hair.
“How about we play some pool?” Juju chirps.
"All the tables are taken,” I groan, mentally wincing that my chance to get Elle home early is slipping out of my fingers. I frown when Tommy snatches a table from a couple of guys finishing up. I'm starting to think that Tommy hates me.
“Why are you frowning, baby?" Elle asks. You don't wanna play pool with me?" Her intense gaze causes my dick to twitch.
“I think I’d rather play with you in bed," I growl into her ear as I tug playfully on her hair.
"I’ve got a better idea." I see her brow crinkle, and I know she’s thinking about me as she chews on her bottom lip.
“I'm listening," I reply, hopeful as I run my teeth over my bottom lip.
“If you win, you choose whatever it is you want from me.”
"Anything?" My mind goes wild thinking about her in nothing but red lace. I may need to pick up those cuffs she’s made reference to before we go home. I don’t doubt her skills at pool. Shit. I have never seen her play, and I’m pretty good. Either way, win or lose, I'm going to come out on top.
"And if I lose?" I say, quirking an eyebrow in amusement.
"I make you my sexual slave," she whispers with a distractively sexy half-smile on her lips. I think my dick just ripped a hole in my boxers and is ready to burst my zipper. Fuck winning. I'm losing. "Let's go."
********
We've been playing pool for about thirty minutes, and Elle is horrible. I have to top her shitty pool skills by being equally horrible. I want to lose. I'm curious about her whole slave idea. We haven’t been together that long, and it makes me wonder if she's got this super kinky side. She grins at me and then leans over the table, eyeing me seductively.
"What’s your next move?” I chuckle, observing her trying to handle the stick. I want her to handle mine instead. She walks around the table, twirling her hair and trying to get the best angle for the shot, sometimes purposely putting her sweet ass within my reach. I'm no dummy. I smack it every time she offers it.
“You really aren’t good at pool, are you?” I grin, admiring her ass in her tight jeans.
"Stop it, Reed." She pouts, struggling with the stick.
"You want me to help you, baby?” Rising from my stool before she can answer, I stand behind her as she's bent over the table. Her scent envelops me as I nuzzle my nose in her hair.
"I like you in this position," I growl, nibbling her ear as I tug her hair.
"Are you guys playing pool or making a porno?” Tommy laughs from the table with Juju looking on with a smirk on her face.
"Sounds like fun, don’t ‘cha think?" Elle peeks over her shoulder. Her eyes twinkle devilishly.
"You're losing on purpose." She laughs.
"The way I see it, I win either way.” God, the fact that I am back here with her now makes me the luckiest fucking man alive.
"I can't get a good angle to get a shot in." She frowns, turning her attention to the table.
"I know a lot of good angles." I cock an eyebrow at her and grab her waist. This constant touching is torturing me. I need a release really soon. This game is dragging. "How about we make this the last shot? If you make it, I lose. I’m your slave. If you don't make it, I’m still your slave." "You're really curious about this whole slave thing I have planned, aren't you?" she teases, cocking her head to one side as she winds her hair around her finger. I nod my head adamantly.
"Hell yeah, between you mentioning the cuffs and this, I think there’s plenty I still don’t know about you that I’m eager to discover.” "Be careful what you wish for," she says, flirting shamelessly with me.
"Fuck, doll, I'm gonna love whatever it is you have planned. Just take the shot so we can get outta here."
